Public pricing

Pricing that respects a campaign budget.

Free with your own file. Seven tiers from a single race to all 67 counties, priced as platform subscriptions — the software, the tooling, and the service, never the sale of public records. Payments aren't live yet: nothing on this site takes a card, and nothing is charged until they launch. The published prices are the prices — one list, the same for everyone.

County organizations

County tiers, by county size

The full county voter file, priced by the county's registered-voter count. Six-month minimum on every band; annual billing pays 11 months and gets 12.

Payments aren't live yet: nothing on this site takes a card, and nothing is charged until they launch. The published prices are the prices — one list, the same for everyone. Florida only for now. Every additional state's voter file has to be cleared before we sell there, so we'd rather tell you no today than sell you a state we haven't cleared.

Who operates Groundgame, who owns it, and what happens to data you contribute are set out in the terms of service and the privacy policy. Read them before you sign up, not after.

On top of a tier

Usage-based services

Sending costs money in the real world, so it's billed by use, not bundled into a bigger plan you have to guess at. Texting and mail are quoted inside the product before anything sends or prints. No usage rate is charged that you have not seen and approved.

  • Texting — quoted before it sends

Billed by what you send. The product shows you the rate for the batch before anything sends, and nothing is charged at a rate you have not seen and approved.

  • Mail programs — quoted before it prints

Billed per piece with your print vendor. You see and approve the quote inside the product before anything prints, and nothing is charged that you have not approved.

Pricing FAQ

The money questions, answered plainly.

Why is a whole tier free?

Because your own data is yours. Bring your voter or contact files and the full toolset runs against them — walk lists, phone scripts, email and text drafts, logging, analytics — with unlimited exports of your own data, no card, no qualification step. The free tier carries no county voter file; the paid tiers exist because licensing that data from the state, and scoping it to your race, is what costs money to provide well.

How is my county's band decided?

By the county's registered-voter count as published by the Florida Division of Elections, checked at signup and re-checked annually. If your county grows into a bigger band, you stay where you signed up — existing subscribers are never moved up.

Why is there no checkout for Statewide?

On purpose. Statewide is annual and paid upfront, and at that scale you should talk to a person — we should scope your operation honestly before any money moves. No monthly option at this tier. Contact us and we'll take it from there.

Are there limits on exports?

In-platform use is unlimited on every paid tier — searching, viewing, calling, drafting texts, walk lists, analytics all run against your race's full voters. Monthly allowances apply only to county voter file data leaving Groundgame as files, sized so normal campaign operations never hit a wall, and there's a sanctioned bulk-request path for the big pulls. Exports of your own uploaded data are never metered.

What do texting and mail cost?

They're billed by use. Inside the product you see the rate for a text batch, or the quote for a mail drop, before anything sends or prints, and you approve it. No usage rate is charged that you have not seen and approved, so this page prints no number that could go stale.

Is there a trial?

No. There are no trials, no pilot licences, no founding rates and nothing that converts into a bill later — one published list, the same for everyone. The free tier is not a trial either: it does not expire and nothing happens to it if you never pay. And a demo is a conversation rather than a trial — read-only, on invented voters, bound to one email address, and it stops working on its own date with nothing to cancel.

What happens before I pay anything?

You can read this page, open the sample artifacts the product generated, and ask for a demo. If it is a fit, a person spends the first 48 hours with you: thirty minutes on your race, your first message drafted with you, then a short debrief. You keep what comes out of it whether or not you ever buy anything.

How do I cancel or leave?

Candidate and Consultant are month-to-month: cancel anytime from settings, no retention call. County tiers carry a 6-month minimum, month-to-month after. Statewide is annual. Paid plans renew automatically each month, or each year on an annual option, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data export is one click, before or after — and nothing charges you today, because payments aren't live yet.

Are there refunds?

No. All payments are final: no refunds, full or partial, on any plan or usage service, except where the law requires one. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. County plans owe the remainder of the 6-month minimum; Statewide is annual, prepaid and non-refundable. If an outage is our fault we may give a service credit at our sole discretion; that is not a refund and not a promise. The refund and cancellation page has the details.

Wondering which tier fits? Tell us your office or organization, your county, and your election date, and we'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is "start free with your own data."

What every tier carries

Nothing sends without your approval — today because no messaging provider is connected to this product at all, and afterwards because a named person has to acknowledge a checklist for that batch and editing the text puts it back to unapproved. An account exists only if you ask for one. And if you send, it goes out on a domain you control, signed as you. Why each of those is checkable.

Two editions are being built — officeholder mode, for people who hold the seat rather than seek it, and a party edition for county organizations. Neither has a price, so neither has a row above. When they do, they appear here and nowhere earlier; what is known about each is written down with the unsettled parts marked as unsettled.

A real operation, at a local price.
